Refund policy
1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All items sold on our website are custom-made or printed on demand specifically for you once an order is placed. We do not hold inventory for resale.
As a result:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection.

We do not accept returns due to color variance (see Section 6).

We do not restock or resell returned merchandise.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
We only offer replacements or refunds if:

The item arrives damaged

The product has a manufacturing defect

The wrong item was received

The item is misprinted or materially flawed
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

You must provide clear photos of the issue

The item must be unused (except where defect prevents use)
Failure to notify us within 14 days constitutes acceptance of the product.
3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-returnable:

Incorrect size ordered by customer

Buyer’s remorse

Slight color differences between screen and print

Minor placement variations (within industry tolerances)

Orders with shipping delays outside our control

Discounted, promotional, or final sale items

Gift cards
4. SIZE RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing charts before purchasing. Because each item is custom-produced, we cannot exchange products due to sizing errors.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
If approved, we will:

We reserve the right to require additional documentation before issuing a resolution.
6. COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to differences in monitor displays, printing processes, and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Such variations are not considered defects.
7. SHIPPING ISSUES
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Incorrect Address
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
9. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

10. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims that violate this policy. Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in refusal of future service.
11. EU / UK CONSUMER NOTICE
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, orders are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (customized goods exemption).
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
